The PowerLeap PL-ProMMX™ CPU upgrade adapter allows Pentium™ Socket 5 and Socket 7 systems to take advantage of faster and more powerful processor technology from Intel and AMD. The PL-ProMMX employs patent-pending technology to adapt your original Pentium 75~233MHz or AMD K6 166~300MHz equipped systems with a AMD K6-2 500MHz or Intel 233MHz Pentium. Pull the old processor out, put our upgrade in, and you are ready to go. Some systems may require a BIOS update. Not sure which PL-ProMMX kit is right for you?
