PowerLeap CPU Upgrades

PowerLeap CPU upgrade kits (that is, kits that include an upgrade adapter and optionally a processor) may be returned for a full refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days of shipment, and are covered by our repair/replace warranty for 90 days from date of purchase.  Products must be returned undamaged in the original retail or OEM packaging, and with all parts and accessories included.  Products returned in damaged condition or with parts missing will be refused.  Products that are damaged in shipment due to improper or inadequate packaging will be refused and returned to the sender.  Warranty does not cover any products outside those originally purchased from PowerLeap.  Warranty service for PowerLeap CPU upgrades purchased from authorized resellers is provided by the authorized reseller.  Products included in the above policy :  PL-P4/N, PL-iP3/T, PL-Neo/T, PL-370/T, PL-NB/T, PL-ProMMX, PL-P3/SMP, PL-370/SMP, PL-P3Xeon/S, PL-SlotWonder, and PL-P4P.  Please be sure to read, "Important Disclaimer" below before making your purchase.

PowerLeap Certified Memory

PowerLeap Certified Memory products may be returned for a full refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days of shipment, and are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.  This warranty covers module failure, but does not cover physical damage resulting from improper installation or use.  The PowerLeap "Certified Upgrade" or Warranty Sticker must be in place in order for the warranty to remain valid.  Removing this sticker voids any warranty.  Warranty does not cover computers, components or peripherals that may become damaged during installation or through use of the product.   The return policy and warranty cover only original purchasers of the products.  Products bought 2nd-hand, in bulk lots, through Ebay, or from non-authorized resellers are not covered under the return policy or warranty.  Please be sure to read, "Important Disclaimer" below before making your purchase.

OEM Processors

Unless specified otherwise in item description:

Refund: 7 days from date of purchase.
Warranty:  repair or replace 7 days from date of purchase. 

Note that bent or broken pins are not covered by the return policy or warranty, so please be careful in handling and installation.  Warranty does not cover computers, components or peripherals that may become damaged during installation or through use of the product.   The return policy and warranty cover only original purchasers of the products.  Products bought 2nd-hand, in bulk lots, through Ebay, or from non-authorized resellers are not covered under the return policy or warranty.  Please be sure to read, "Important Disclaimer" below before making your purchase.

Retail Packaged (boxed) Processors

Refund: 7 days from date of purchase.  A full refund will be given for unopened retail boxed processors.  Opened boxes are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Warranty:  No PowerLeap warranty.  Intel and AMD offer a 3 year manufactuers warranty on retail (boxed) processors.  Please use the links below to contact the necessary manufacturer for warranty terms and conditions.

All other products

All other products fall under our general warranty, unless noted.  Items under general warranty may be returned within 15 days of purchase for refund or within 90 days of the date purchased for repair/replacement.  Please be sure to read, "Important Disclaimer" below before making your purchase.

Although email customer technical support is provided to at no charge, PowerLeap does not guarantee the availability or quality of customer technical support:  that is, if in the process of upgrading your PC you encounter problems, we do not guarantee that we will be able to help you solve those problems.  We also do not guarantee that the technical support we provide will available on a timely basis.  If you don't get timely or effective technical support from PowerLeap and decide to obtain outside professional help at a cost to you, we will not reimburse those costs.  We also do not warrant, guarantee, or take responsibility for any downtime, loss of PC availability, loss of profits, inconvenience, hardware or software damage, loss of data, etc... that you may incur related to the installation or use of products sold by PowerLeap.  Under the terms of some PC warranties, installation of a CPU upgrade may void the warranty - check with your system vendor prior to purchasing if you're not sure.  It's recommended that you backup any important data prior to installing any upgrades. The return policy and warranty cover original purchasers of the product only.  PowerLeap products purchased 2nd-hand, in bulk lots, through Ebay, or from non-authorized resellers are not covered under the return policy or warranty.  These terms are subject to change without notice.
